Please note: Upon arrival, all Indian nationals must present their address proof ID (Aadhar card / Voter Id card, / Driving License) at the reception desk. Foreign nationals and NRIs (Non-resident Indians) must present their passport & Visa at the reception to fill out the mandatory Foreigner’s Registration Arrival Report (Form ‘C’).
Ifcancellation is made, the advance paid for the reservation will be non-refundable. But the advance paid will be adjusted with future bookings within next 3 months except booking made during the period December through March.
BREAKFAST, LUNCH, SNACKS and DINNER are served by the village folks named as “Janani Rannaghar” at the Janani Greens restaurant. We will provide menus, rates and contact details after confirmation of your booking in Janani Greens. It is part of our humble effort to promote local delicacies and encourage rural entrepreneurship by allowing the village folks of Dwarada village to serve our guests.
Please note: Since Janani Greens is a village home stay the first meal and snacks to be ordered 1(one) day in advance before checking in.
Guests are requested:
- 1. To deposit the room key at the reception counter every time she / he leaves the Janani Greens premises.
- 2. To keep their cash, valuable items securely in their own bags / lockers. Management & staff of Janani Greens are not liable if they are lost or misplaced.
- 3. To switch off all the electrical switches including light, fan, A.C., Geyser when leaving the room.
- 4. Not to wash their clothes in the washroom or waste water. Water is scarce in the district of Birbhum.
- 5. Not to use any electric heaters / electrical mixer or their electrical gadgets which consume more energy.
- 6. Not to indulge in alcoholic drinks or engage into any obnoxious acts / brawls / loud noise in the Janani Greens premises.
- 7. To keep noiseless & peaceful environment in the RHS premises. It is also requested that guests should keep the Janani Greenspremises litter / Trash free.
- 8. To handle and use all electrical fittings, including fans, A.C., television set, geyser, room walls, bed sheets, towels, furniture & fittings, wash room fittings including commode, sink, wash basin, mirror with utmost care keeping in mind that this is like their own home away from home. Please note any damage of the objects shall be recovered as damage charge.
- 9. Cooked food from outside other than “Janani Rannaghar” cannot be brought inside/ordered/provided/consumedwithinJanani Greens premises.
- 10. Janani Greens main gate opens by 5:00 am and closes by 11:30 pm. The management reserves the right of admission.
